Do you want to easily overcome your fears? We all have fears. Some of us have never faced them, too afraid. When push comes to shove one day you may have to face some of those fears so I have a helpful suggestion for you. You may want to face some fears this week, so this will be very helpful.
A couple of years ago I remember going to the movie theatre to see an intense dark movie and decided I would be prepared for the movie. I have always been afraid of scary movies or intense drama movies. So on the way to the theatre I silently asked that I "enjoy" the movie and not receive any of the negative or intense "vibes" from the movie. It worked! While other people in the theatre were shaken and holding that negative energy, I was totally free of it and enjoyed it. I only asked maybe a couple of times and trusted that my message was received.
I also had an opportunity to ride a few rollercoasters recently. So again I mentally prepared myself to enjoy the ride and to trust that my message was received and again I was shielded and could enjoy the ride. I did ask each time I was about to board a new one so I did repeat it often, but I was not nagging or fearful, just matter of factly about this.
Now you can apply this to any situation you are in. I suggest you ask before the situation arises. Before you enter the building. Before you drive your car. Before you make that phone call. It takes practice on your part and trust and faith. It sure is a lot more fun when you enjoy the experience and not at all be caught up in the drama.
So if you are feeling intense or drama of your current situation, you may want to do this. It works. I started on something simple like watching a movie or perhaps reading a book may be a good start. But for me I built up this relationship of trust that I was okay and overtime I learned to shield myself when needed.
Enjoy the ride and excitement and leave the worry behind. All the best!
